Has anyone had any success with autel and communicating with cas3 using Godiag cas3 platform ? Work with vvdi key tool plus but can’t get communication with autel ?
The Godiag CAS3 test platform does not work with Autel devices. It doesn’t work with OBDSTAR,Lonsdor either.
Autel doesn’t have a data transmission frequency oscillator, so it can’t communicate with the CAS. Xhorse does have one integrated into the tablet KTP, so it can match the data transmission with the CAS and thus achieve communication. For CAS3, use APB109 adatper with IM508 or IM608 It works with Xhorse VVDI2, VVDI Key Tool Plus, VVDI Key Too Max Pro, VVDI BIMTOOL Pro, CGDI BMW, Abrites Avdi devices.
Problem: Autel IM608 Pro II can not read the check engine light on a 2022 Volvo S60. Can not read the faults. The device subscription has expired. It gives error 11003
Solution: The Autel TCP subscription is a paid service that provides access to online programming and other advanced diagnostic features for Autel Diagnostic Tools. Error 11003 code specifically signals that the TCP subscription on the device has expired or is invalid.
This is a DoIP model. That is a DOIP platform. Diagnostic over internet protocol. Volvo and Jaguar and RangeRover are all using it now. It has a secure gateway.
You have to have an active TCP subscription to diagnose Volvo DoIP models.
Autel needs both internet connection and valid subscription to work with SPA/CMA and later Volvos.
Generic obd2 on the scanner would have read it or keep your subscription up. That’s not Autel’s fault.
It’s not up to Autel, Autel just follow regulations , DOIP protocol just buy license and work.

Can Autel AT100 Super Chip be reset and reused ? and how to reset AT100 ?
Unlike the Xhorse VVDI Super Chips XT27A, which allows explicit resetting of chips, the AT100 does not have a dedicated”reset”function. Instead, it overwrites the existing data when cloning a new key.
There is no limite to how many times it can be overwritten
No chip corruption was observed during multiple overwrittes in testing.
Example Test:
A toyota 4D key was cloned on the AT100
The same AT100 chip was later overwritten with a Nissan 46 key.
Both clones worked without issues.
Autel AT100 is a strong alternative for basic cloning and reuse via overwriting,making it useful for loaner keys or temporary solutions.
The Autel AT100 proves to be reusable cloning chip, even without a formal reset function. While Xhorse VVDI still leads in advanced features, the AT100 offers a budget-friendly,practival solution for many cloning scenarios
OBDSTAR X300 Classic G3 expands on the features and functionality of the OBDstar X300 DP Plus key programming series and will have the ability to add the functionality of the OBDstar Odomaster mileage correction, P50 airbag reset, MT series test platform and DC706 ECU ECM TCM BCM BSI cloning tool.
But if the tablet is broken need to repair or exchange PCB, how to solve this ?
Here we share steps.
First Step:Disassembly
Step 1: a. Remove the rubber case.
b. Use a screwdriver to loosen and remove the hex socket screws

Step 3: a. Use a screwdriver to secure the mainboard with screws.
b. Secure the coil bracket with screws. c. Connect the LCD screen flex cable and the TP flex cable (with the white line facing up). After connecting, apply acetate tape to both the connector and the flex cable. d. Connect the speaker cable and secure the antenna.
Step 4: Insert the battery connector, reassemble the back cover, and press the power button to turn on the device. If it starts up normally, the replacement is successful.
Step 5: Use a screwdriver to fasten the screws to the back cover, and put the rubber case back on. The replacement is complete.
Q: Volkswagen IMMO V specifically refers to which models?
A: Volkswagen IMMO V contains BCM2, MQB, MLB, of which MQB is divided into MQB5A, MQB5B, MQB5C;
MQB5A is the first generation variation on the MQB, the dashboard comes with V850(D70F35XX) processsor and the key comes with Megamos-AES ID88 transponder;
MQB5B is the second generation variation on the MQB, the dashboard comes with RH850 (R7F701401, R7F701402, R7F701407) processor, but the transponder comes with Megamos-AES ID88, the process is basically the same as MQB5A;
MQB5C is the third generation variation on the MQB, the dashboard comes with RH850 processor, and the dashboard has a crypto core which currently prevents the world from freely programming keys to this car type, the transponder uses Hitag-Pro (ID5C), MQB5C related IMMO functions are under development.
Q: How to read VW MQB48-5A/5B(ID88) dashboard data, need to remove the components?
A: Components removing free, use C4-06 adapter according to the PCB Pinout provided by the device to solder the wire to read the data.
Q: How to indentify the MQB48-5A/5B (ID88) and MQB49-5C (ID5C) dashboard types?
A: 1) MQB48-5A/5B(ID88), MQB49-5C(ID5C) dashboard types can be automatically recognized by OBD.
2) Disassemble the dashboard to confirm the dashboard type by the PCB silkscreen, such as the silkscreen start with“EM” , it stands for MQB48-5A/5B(ID88) dashboard, and “PCJ” stands for MQB48-5A/5B(ID88) dashboard.
Q: Does MQB support type 5C?
A: MQB49-5C(ID5C) is not supported at this time and is still under development.
Q: Why does the RH850/V850 adapter full kit have so many accessories?
A: Because RH850/V850 adapter full kit supports multiple MCU models to read/write data(with fullly coverage and good stability, so the R&D cost and BOM cost will be much higher), for example, it supports VW MQB48-5A encrypted dashboard data reading; Ford/Lincoln 2021-key programming (including all keys lost) encrypted BCM data reading; Nissan/Renault key programming (including all keys lost) encrypted HFM, BCM data reading; FCA key programming (upcoming upgrade) encrypted BCM data reading; Toyota, Subaru, domestic encrypted airbag data R/W, crash erase.
Q: What does the MQB Collector do?
A: The ELV module can be used directly through the dashboard connector to collect ELV/TCM authentication data and upload it to the server to calculate the ELV IMMO data without removing the ELV module.
Note: If you encounter the ECM, TCM is non-original, such as replacing used module and not programmed online at the dealer service station or IMMO OFF directly, you will not be able to calculate the 32-byte synchronization code!
Q: Is MQB Collector necessary for AKL?
A: Not necessary, but it takes longer time, you need to remove the ELV module, read the D70F3624 ELV data and encrypt the IMMO data through the MP001 programmer and C4-06 adapter (SPC560 will be upgraded soon, which supports using third-party devices to read the data). Note: ELV module in the steering column is difficult to disassemble, it is recommended to use the MQB Collector, efficient and safe!
Q: Does the MQB48-5A/5B(ID88) blade key and proximity key both support all keys lost synchronization code calculation?
A: Yes, the difference is that the proximity key needs to collect ELV module data.
Q: How to get the synchronization code?
A: Blade key: 32-byte synchronization code is calculated by loading dashboard CS code + ECM CS code + TCM CS code and uploading it to the server.
Proximity key: 32-byte synchronization code is calculated by loading dashboard CS code + ECM CS code + TCM CS code + ELV CS code and uploading it to the server.
Q: Is there a charge for synchronized code calculation?
