What if the solution is missing after uploading the file? Copy ECU details from the software. Click the Help Desk button. Describe the solution you need and submit your request. Our engineers will quickly integrate your file during working hours so you can continue processing normally.
Can I process unsupported ECUs? No. If an ECU not on our supported list is uploaded, the software will not offer any options.
Why is the software flagged by some antivirus programs? Due to advanced multi-layered encryption, some antivirus programs may flag it as a generic threat. The software does not contain any viruses. You can safely add it to your antivirus exception list.
