A brief instruction on how to program BMW M4 FEM 433MHZ key with CGDI BMW Programmer.

This is BMW M4 with FEM system.

Remove the FEM module from the BMW.

Prepare 433MHZ blade key

Open “CGDI Start” then click on “FEM/BDC Key Match”, if you are the first time to use CGDI Pro, you will receive a message “unauthorized”, follow this user manual to get authorization.

Read key info.incl. ECU type, 433MHZ, VIN, etc.

CGDI BMW Pro green indicator flashes, it is working fine.

This post is on how to use SKP1000 tablet key pro to program 2015 Buick Excelle remote key.

Buick Excelle after 2013 comes with 70 big capacity chip which needs security code to program key.

The way to get security code is on the frame which is as the same as new Lacrosse and new Regal.

Step by step procedure:

Please be informed: the pictures comes from the Chinese version Lonsdor CI600 plus, and the words on the pictures are Chinese. Acutally the SKP1000 engineer ensure SKP1000 can perform the same as CI600, and the instructions on the screen are translated as the title.

Tap “program key on Buick Excelle after 2013”

Tap ” Immobilizer”

There are 3 options : delete key (to disable the lost key), add key and program remote controller

Tap “add key”, the original car has 2 working keys

Turn off ignition for 5 seconds then turn on, press “Yes” to continue.

The security code is: 8352

Indentifying the security code, 5 minutes left.

Configuring system, please wait 10 minutes.

Xhorse VVDI Prog Programmer Review on BMW cars

Here is user working experience of original Xhorse VVDI Prog programmer on BMW cars. (Here talking about BMW only).

Tested by me: cas 2, cas 3, cas 3+, Cas4 5m48h, volvo cem v40
all ok.

Is a very good tool and for bmw cas4 .

I tested today D80 and a m35080v6, and they work perfect.

Mine erased D160 (BMW F01 dash) with no problem.

Tried to renew bmw e series 868 key. Vvdi programmer claimed operation success but in tango key is now recognized as transponder type A. locked

I did renew 2 keys! Both worked and now are programmed to cars!

Only thing you need to disconnect from PCB is battery while writing the renew file. (Remove the batteries)

Renew BMW series E 868 key – 100% OK z vvdi-prog v4.5.7

FRM3 works perfectly

More EDC17 under ECU section would be great!
Especially BMW EDC16 and EDC17 for ISN purposes.
BMW F series FEM module reading but for that i can only dream about…

BMW BMSX bike ECU would be great…

Renew pcf7946 and 29f family

Renew E series remote with pcf7942 / pcf7944 would be fine

Unlock and download the 9S12G128 secure without erasing it first would be nice .

erasing all 35080s and d80 with soic clip would be super nice too!

How to Unlock & Program Toyota Land Cruiser VXR V8 Smart key

Guide to unlock and program smart key on a 2016 Toyota Land Cruiser VXR V8 5.7 4×4.

The solution was provided by a Chinese locksmith A Jie.

Problem:

A customer bought a Toyota Cruiser VXR V8 5.7 in Aug, 2016. When came back home he found one of keys did not working, could not start the vehicle. He came me for help.

Diagnose:

Check the key frequency and chip type with ND900 key copy machine. It showed key’s programmed, so the smart key is okay.

Analysis:

1. The smart key has been programmed but not been learned

2. 4S store gave you the wrong key (the key is not for this vehicle)

How to check:

Method 1:

Program/learn the smart key by using SKP1000 tablet car key programmer. Unfortunately, skp-1000 failed to learn key. So the smart key is not correct key for this vehicle. You should get the smart key unlocked and programmed. Go and check method 2.

Method 2:

Step 1: Unlock Smart key

Unlock the smart key with Xhorse VVDI2 key programmer or ND900 Mini

Perform Blank Check, key indicator will flash within 5 seconds if VVDI2 unlock success

Again use ND900 to check the unlocked smart key.

It shows not been programmed

Unlock smart key done.

Step 2: Add/Program smart key

Connect SKP1000 key programmer with vehicle via OBD socket

Select Immobilizer function- >select Toyota->Smart key CANBUS-> Smart key system

Choose OBDII connector

Turn ignition ON

Press YES to continue

Press the Start button

Put the registered smart card into coil.

If hear a beep sound, take away the smart card

Select Add smart key

the working key is close to the emergency starting induction antenna

Change a new smart key and put it into the coil

Press YES to continue

the new smart key is close to the emergency starting induction antenna

Configuring…

Program/Add smart key success

Test the new smart key.
