How to work FGTech Galletto V54 with BDM100 V1255 for ECU tuning?

We all know both FGTech Galletto V54 and BDM100 V1255 are useful for ECU chip tuning. Better and more convenient to use these two interfaces together on same PC. So this blog will show you how to do.

First please know this method comes from forum and is tested ok as well. But try on your own risks. OK. Now let’s start work! The secret is to download driver for FGTech Galletto V54 and BDM100 V1255 by following link:

(OS: Windows7 64 bit)

After download the driver, you plug Fgtech Galletto 4 Master V54 or BDM100 V1255 Programmer into PC USB port.

You may not find the driver because Windows doesn’t install it automatically. So you should identify the driver and tunt it down on your own.

Steps to install the driver manually:

  1. Open Device Manager: Press Windows Key + R, type “devmgmt.msc” into the Run dialog, and press Enter.
  2. Find “Map3d MPC555 Interface”, right click, Click update driver→ Browse My Computer → LET ME PICK FROM A LIST
  3. select the device driver you want to install: scroll down manufacturer and find “Amt-Cartech”
  4. Click Have Disk Browse to where you downloaded and unpacked the drive                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Choose “fgtibus.inf” and click open. It will probably warn you it’s not signed, but doesn’t matter, you can keep going. And then it should install and work.

How to add the tokens for kess v2 ?

So many customers asked me how to add the tokens for their kess v2 ,here is the step who want add tokens for kess.

Step1:Disable both local area connection and wireless network connection.

Step2:Make sure the driver of kess V2 installing well.

Step3:Unzip the file “tool.zip”to desk,and change the name of tok file with other name.(e.g.Token47)

Step4:Prepare one 2G TF card,format the card.

Step5:Unzip the file”kessv2-TF.zip” to the new 2G TF card.

Step6:Replace the old TF card with the new one.

Step7:Rename the tok file with other name.(e.g.Token48),and put it on the “Tokens” folder.

Step8:Unzip the file”KSuite­_tokens”to “C disk”,change the name of “K10033818.CFG”.(e.g.135K10033818.CFG),then put it on the “KSuite file”-“Update file”.

Step9:Open the “K10033818″on the desk,click the file of “KSuite”,then click “OK”.

Step10:Start update.

How does New Genius Work Process?
You can follow below five step to finish the process.
1. Read ECU data from Vehicle
Start your vehicle, plug the new genius to your car via OBD2 port, to read ECU data
2. export the ECU data to laptop
Before you start to export the ecu data to your laptop or PC, you need install a K-touch software, which is used to export ecu data from new genius to your pc, and import new edit ecu data from pc to your new genius machine
Connect the new genius device to your laptop via USB cable, export the ecu data read by new genius to laptop
3. Edit and reprogram the ecu data
 If you can edit and reprogram ECU, you can do this by yourself; if not, you need send the ECU data to professional engineer to edit and reprogram
4. import the ecu data to new genius
Connect the new genius to laptop via usb cable, import the new edit ecu data to your new genius machine
5. Write ECU data to vehicle
Start your vehicle, plug the new genius to your car via obd2 port, write the new ecu data to your vehcile
