How to add the tokens for kess v2 ?

So many customers asked me how to add the tokens for their kess v2 ,here is the step who want add tokens for kess.

Step1:Disable both local area connection and wireless network connection.

Step2:Make sure the driver of kess V2 installing well.

Step3:Unzip the file “tool.zip”to desk,and change the name of tok file with other name.(e.g.Token47)

Step4:Prepare one 2G TF card,format the card.

Step5:Unzip the file”kessv2-TF.zip” to the new 2G TF card.

Step6:Replace the old TF card with the new one.

Step7:Rename the tok file with other name.(e.g.Token48),and put it on the “Tokens” folder.

Step8:Unzip the file”KSuite_tokens”to “C disk”,change the name of “K10033818.CFG”.(e.g.135K10033818.CFG),then put it on the “KSuite file”-“Update file”.

Step9:Open the “K10033818″on the desk,click the file of “KSuite”,then click “OK”.

Step10:Start update.

Step11:Check the information,and done.

Problem Description:

I have a big problem with Audi A4 1.8T 2007 163hp

I read this with Galletto v54 with OBD…

1.8 Turbo 150/180CV ME7.5.1 29f400BB..galletto say change driver

1.8/2.0 Turbo 150/180CV ME7.5.5 29f800BB….read success…100% Ignition off…

After a small talk with customer when will write the remap….he wants to drive off…car not start

VCDS go ECU an read fault code say “programming process not finished”

I have just read, not write…

The file is not corrupt—look Attachment, easy the original write OBD???

Solution:

Update…the car is running

-> I remove fuses from Dash and Radio\Navi

-> use a good bosch power supply (14V)

-> Delete all fault code VCDS

-> Write the same file was read before with FGtech V54

-> Note all prompts from galletto about ignition on/off

-> Car start….running

-> Delete all fault code VCDS

BMW e91 318d read write EDC17 c41 DDE8 error with KESS V2

Problem:
I have problems with my Kess V2 and need help.

I try my BMW e91 318d read and write EDC17 c41 DDE8.

Step 1 with OBD connector – TOOL – OBD2DATA I can do, no problem, everything is OK.
Problem Number 1.

Step 2 boot loader with backup read – many communication problems -> Crash! After many attempts, I was able to read backup!

Step 3 with Flash boot loader (ECU) read – many communication problems -> Abort, abort, abort! After many attempts, I was able to read original file but in the end came problem # 2 -> Checksum error.

I am using Windows XP sp2 with visual-c …, Microsoft. NET Framework 4
Internet was always as KESS V2 was executed.

We have attached a log file and some pictures.

Please help, thank you.

Solution:
It means KESS V2 can’t read and write this type of ECU, ECUs on the same car model in different areas are sometimes encrypted in different ways, and therefore the tool cannot always work on the same car model.
