KTAG KTM100 No Message on Software Error

One of our customer had been installed KTM100 software well.

But there is no message from the software.

So he find us and offer the error pic to us , as following

How do we solve it when we met this problem ?

Our engineer offered some solutions

First:Pls check there is no internet on your laptop.

Second:Pls check if the driver is installed well or not.

Third:Pls check TF card is good or not.

After checking by our customers , he finally find the problem.

The problem is TF card. After repairing TF card, the communication is normal now.
